Dental Patient Information – Fort Worth, TX

What You Need to Know About Our Dental Office

We couldn’t be happier to hear that you’ve found our Fort Worth dental office. Our team works hard to ensure your dental experience is smooth, relaxing, and successful from start-to-finish. To ensure the most productive visit possible, we first need to collect information about you in advance. Got a question about your appointment after reading the new patient info below? Give us a call and we’ll be happy to help.

Your First Dental Visit

When you first arrive, we’ll start by collecting your insurance information and other new patient documents. From there, we’ll capture X-rays of your teeth, then one of our dentists will take a few minutes to learn more about your oral health goals ahead of your exam. If something is not quite right, they will explain their concerns in more detail and recommend treatment options moving forward. We’ll also clean your teeth, break down any and all plaque, and schedule a follow appointment if necessary.

New Patient Forms

All new patients will need to complete a few forms before the initial appointment can begin. Thankfully, you don’t have to fill out this paperwork exclusively at our dental office. In fact, we encourage you to print the forms from our website and complete this step before you visit. This way, your check-in process can be as efficient as possible.
